What's the best solution for boostin trapper's energy ?
I have no success with the inscribed staff given as quest reward ( the quest seems to be bugged as suggested on gwiky ) so what could I go for ?

If you have problems with an insightful staff....you're either only using quickening zephyr while laying down traps, or just plain doing something wrong. Either way it's not a problem with your equipment, and more with your build.

Mhm maybe I was misunderstood due to my bad english :S
I mean that i was unable to find this staff :

wich is given as reward for a quest but seems the quest is bugged so dunno wich is the best weapon I can go for.

Any regular insightful max staff will work. Just as long as it has a base of +10 energy and with a +5 insightful mod it will work. The requirements and HCT HSR bonuses don't matter, the only thing you'll be using the staff for is the extra +15 energy. On top of that you can slap on a +30 health mod to make it even better. Some good cheap green staffs to look for to use are the ToPK staffs and the SF staffs although not all of the SF staffs have +15 energy but ones such as Flint's Fleshcleaver do.

Wenslauss's Faith is a great trappers staff... cheap too since no one in ToPK really wants it. Run a few BP groups and one will drop, offer the guy a couple k for it and you're in like flinn.

I use a Totem axe and a blood knife from the collector yohei or something, with those and druids armor you will have 55 energy.

Druids = 32 energy + 5 for totem axe + 12 for the knife, that's 49 energy. And you need 9 in blood magic to have the +12 bonus. Or maybe you're talking about 15/-1 off-hands?

Yes, SparhawkJC is right: any insightfull staff will do the job...

i got 45 energy and i never have energy problems
16 traps in 30 seconds and only 15 energy used(30 MP left)

how much is dude running in expertise to make energy such a problem? I use rotwing's normally since I prefer oath shot+traps, but normally it's in nr/tranq, and I can run 16 ws 13 exp.

Or you can use a staff and switch to a bow to use Oath Shot...

Druids armor gives an energy boost. I myself use Ilyana's staff, as it gives +15 energy always. Whatever attribute points you don't have in Wilderness Survival, put in Expertise. Make sure in your party someone carries the spirits Quickening Zephyr and Energizing Wind. =]

If you don't have the energy needed for oath shot you're not likely to have the energy to use the skills recharged with oath shot either...

50 energy with druids armor and the fires in the east quest with an added +5e head...that's generally enough energy for most things, lol
